Corona Virus Communication Update

Corona Virus Communication Update

Updated Monday 23 March, 2020 1pm

The Victorian Government announced on Sunday 22 March 2020 that they will be implementing a shutdown of all non-essential activity across Victoria for an unknown period of time, commencing midday Monday 23 March 2020.

Kingswim would like to advise our customers that we will be closing our programs at all of our centres nationally during this period, which includes our weekly lessons and the school holiday Fast Track program.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but are wanting to follow the directive of our Government, act in the best interests of the Australian public and help our communities stay safe. The health and safety of our staff and customers is our number one priority during the current novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

Information for our current families:
All family accounts for all of our centres will be put into credit for the weeks that you were charged for, during the last debit, and for any Fast Track bookings. We are suspending all accounts for the rest of the closure period, to ensure you will not be charged and are maintaining your current place in our program. You do not need to make contact with us to put a suspension on your account for this period, this will automatically be applied to all accounts.

We do not know how long this closure period will be, and we will continue to follow the recommendations of the Government to ensure we are doing what is best for our community.

Families who currently have a suspended account, this suspension will be extended indefinitely to align with the Government’s announcement.

Should you need to contact us:
If you have a question, please feel free to contact us on 1300 054 647 or email at info@kingswim.com.au. Please note, we may be experiencing a higher than normal number of calls, so if your enquiry is not urgent, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We wish to thank all of our families for their co-operation and understanding during this challenging time. Please take care of yourselves and others. The sooner we can slow down and stop the spread of coronavirus, the sooner we can return to normality.
