Customer Service

At Kings we provide out of water Customer Service Supervisors. Their role is to service your needs. Supervisors are experienced staff, trained in all aspects of our teaching program.

You will be welcomed by a Kings Supervisor on your first visit. They will be able to address any swimming related questions. In addition they are responsible ensuring all the children are learning in the class appropriate for their current skill level. As a minimum every child is assessed every 10 lessons but at any time a parent can request an "on demand" assessment.

Kings welcomes parent feedback and encourages parents to address any issue or request to our Customer Service Supervisors.
